I can create a variety of work. I know how to create websites, videos, posters, brochures, book jackets, and other media. I bring my unique style and ideas to the project.

Working on projects where I can be creative and use my imagination is how I like to express myself. I find inspiration everywhere: in books, movies, photos and videos. I like to observe the design evolving as I add elements such as images, colors, shapes, gradients, textures, patterns, and fonts. I work both intuitively and using the training I have in graphic design to make important design decisions.

I am particularly fond of painting in watercolor. I love the effects of both transparent and opaque watercolors. I love mixing paint with water to create washes and blend colors together. My watercolor teachers have helped me to grow as an artist and find my unique style. Over the years I have improved at painting in watercolor with practice. It is the medium I am most familiar with.

My process is to sketch what I see in a photo on watercolor paper and then paint my sketch with watercolors. Then I scan the watercolor painting into the computer and use Photoshop to improve it. I leave the jpeg image at a high resolution and print it on glossy photo paper. I have also created artwork using Illustrator and the pen tool. My logo is a flower which I created in Illustrator and filled in with watercolors. My artwork is both watercolor and digital and that is my style.
